About Me

You’re Worth Feeling Your Best. Let’s Find It Together.

Life can feel unfair at times, and there’s no perfect guide on navigating those moments. I am deeply committed to helping you break through the barriers that hold back your confidence and make you feel “stuck.” My goal is simple: to work myself out of a job by empowering you to reach your full potential and achieve the goals that once seemed out of reach.

My Background

With over 10 years of experience in the social work field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families across various treatment settings, including child and family services. As an alum of both Howard University and Louisiana State University, my educational background has further shaped my understanding and approach to helping others. My diverse roles as a teacher, mentor, athletic coach, and Dean of Students have given me valuable insight into the developmental stages, especially in adolescent males. Additionally, my experience working with veterans has broadened my perspective and deepened my commitment to supporting those who have served.

My Approach & Philosophy

I help individuals and families make meaningful, lasting transformations through evidence-based strategies that foster healthy, nurturing relationships. With a background in social work, I create a safe space for self-reflection and goal-setting, addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. My goal is to guide clients toward personal growth and emotional well-being.

Ultimately, my objective is to empower you to create lasting change. This includes strengthening your relationship with YOURSELF as well as others. I desire to equip you with the tools and strategies to face life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and a sense of fulfillment.
